Our Treatment

Our treatment is called "AURICULOTERAPHY," or treatment of the ear. We place a small magnet in specific parts of the ear in order to use the meridian points of the body to control your hunger, your stress, your cravings, increase you metabolism, etc. At the same time we give you a nutritional guide wich you follow during the week. It is a weekly program.

The process of losing weight is determine by several factors, such as age, height, sex, how much and for how long has the person being overweight. The duration of the treatment it is determine by the amount of weight each patient would like to lose. An average of what our patients lose is 3-5 pounds (2 kilograms) per week and 12-15 pounds ( 6 kilograms) per month.

NO. Acupuncture uses very fine needles which penetrate the skin to stimulate the meridian points of the whole body, with a duration of 10-15 minutes per session. Our treatment uses "acupressure" which stimulates the SAME points (only the one located on the ear) superfitialy and without penetrating the skin. Our magnets will stay on your ear with a small bandaid (skin color) which will stimulate the points to help you during a period of 7-9 days at a time.
